Orders and Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and review by Wild Toad Landscape Materials.
After an order is placed, we may contact the customer to confirm the product, quantity, pricing, pickup or delivery method, delivery address, truck size, site access, schedule, or other order details.
An online order is not considered fully accepted until it has been reviewed and confirmed by Wild Toad. We may adjust, pause, or cancel an order if the selected product, quantity, delivery option, vehicle, address, or access conditions are unsuitable or unsafe.
Product availability, prices, delivery fees, and service areas may change. Applicable taxes will be added as required.
Natural Materials and Product Appearance
Rock, soil, bark, sand, flagstone, boulders, sod, and other natural products may vary in color, size, shape, texture, moisture content, density, and overall appearance.
Website photographs are provided as general examples and may not show the exact material currently in stock. Screen settings, lighting, weather, moisture, quarry sources, and natural variations can affect how a product appears.
Customers are encouraged to visit our Anderson yard and inspect materials before ordering when color, texture, or size is important to the project.
Measurements and Quantity Estimates
Bulk materials are generally sold by the cubic yard unless otherwise stated. Materials are loaded using tractor buckets, and actual volume and weight may vary because of moisture, density, compaction, settling, and the nature of the material.
Coverage calculators, project estimates, and recommendations provided by Wild Toad are general estimates only. Customers are responsible for confirming their measurements, product selection, required depth, quantities, and project specifications.
Pickup Orders
Customers picking up materials must bring a vehicle or trailer that is suitable for the product and load weight.
Wild Toad may refuse to load any vehicle or trailer that appears unsafe, overloaded, improperly equipped, or unsuitable for the material being purchased.
Customers are responsible for:
Knowing the payload and towing limits of their vehicle and trailer
Providing proper load-securing equipment
Securing and covering their load as required
Complying with applicable vehicle, trailer, and roadway laws
Inspecting the product before leaving the yard
Delivery Orders
Delivery fees are generally charged per truck trip, not per cubic yard. Small orders may have the same delivery fee as larger loads requiring the same truck and travel distance.
Online delivery pricing is based on ZIP code and standard service areas. Because local ZIP codes can cover large or remote areas, additional charges may apply for extended travel, difficult access, long driveways, waiting time, special handling, additional truck trips, or locations outside our normal delivery area.
If an additional charge is required, Wild Toad will contact the customer before dispatch whenever reasonably possible.
Customers must provide a safe and accessible delivery location. Before delivery, customers should notify us about:
Narrow or steep driveways
Soft, muddy, or unstable ground
Low trees, wires, gates, or structures
Tight turns or limited turnaround space
Septic systems, irrigation, underground utilities, or fragile surfaces
People, pets, vehicles, or equipment near the delivery area
Drivers may refuse or adjust a delivery when access or placement is unsafe. Final placement is determined by the driver based on truck access, ground conditions, overhead clearance, property conditions, and safety.
Bulk materials are normally dumped in one accessible location unless other arrangements have been approved.
Delivery dates and arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, traffic, truck availability, quarry delays, earlier deliveries, mechanical problems, and site conditions may affect the schedule.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Bulk materials, sod, special-order products, preorder products, and custom-prepared items are generally final sale once they have been loaded, picked up, delivered, dumped, dispatched, scheduled with a supplier, or ordered specifically for the customer.
If you believe you ordered the wrong item, contact Wild Toad as soon as possible. If the order has not been loaded, dispatched, delivered, prepared, or confirmed with a supplier, we may be able to modify or cancel it.
Approved returns, cancellations, or order changes may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, depending on the product, order size, handling required, and supplier charges.
Delivery fees may not be refundable once a truck has been dispatched.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible and before using or installing the product. Photographs may be requested so we can review the concern.
Sod and Special Orders
Sod, preorder products, full-truckload orders, and other special-order materials may become non-refundable once the order has been confirmed with the supplier.
Customers are responsible for preparing the installation area and arranging prompt pickup, delivery, and installation. Wild Toad is not responsible for product deterioration caused by delayed installation, improper storage, weather exposure, inadequate watering, or conditions after pickup or delivery.
Concrete Cart and Equipment Rentals
Concrete cart and equipment rentals require a separate rental agreement.
Customers must meet all age, identification, towing, vehicle, hitch, deposit, operating, return-time, and safety requirements stated in the rental agreement.
If these website policies conflict with a signed rental agreement, the signed rental agreement controls the rental transaction.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing, photographs, descriptions, weights, coverage estimates, delivery information, and other website content may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace professional engineering, construction, landscaping, agricultural, or safety advice.
