Bulk materials, sod, and special-order products are generally final sale once loaded, picked up, delivered, dumped, ordered from a supplier, or dispatched for delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photos, sizes, colors, quantities, and recommended uses before placing an order. Natural materials may vary in color, size, texture, moisture, and appearance. Website photos are for general reference only and may not show exact current yard inventory.

If you believe you ordered the wrong product, please contact Wild Toad as soon as possible before pickup or delivery. If the order has not yet been loaded, delivered, dispatched, scheduled, or confirmed with a supplier, we may be able to adjust the order or issue a refund.

Approved returns, cancellations, or order changes may be subject to a 15%–25% restocking fee, depending on the product, order size, handling required, and whether the item was specially ordered or prepared.

Delivery fees may not be refundable once a truck has been dispatched. Special orders, preorder items, sod orders, and full truckload orders may be non-refundable once confirmed, loaded, scheduled, dispatched, or ordered from a supplier.

Terms of Service

All online orders are reviewed by Wild Toad before pickup, delivery, or dispatch. Wild Toad may contact the customer to confirm product, quantity, delivery option, truck size, delivery address, schedule, access, or order details.

Bulk materials sold from our yard are sold by the cubic yard unless otherwise stated and are loaded by tractor bucket. Yardage is approximate because bulk materials naturally vary by moisture, density, compaction, and settling.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct product, quantity, and delivery option. Delivery fees are charged per truck trip, not per yard. Small orders may have the same delivery fee as larger loads.

Delivery pricing shown online is based on ZIP code and standard local delivery areas. Because many ZIP codes in our area cover large and spread-out locations, the online system may not always identify extended distance, long driveways, difficult access, or areas outside our regular local route. Additional trucking charges may apply even if the delivery address falls within an approved ZIP code.

Extended trucking charges may apply for longer drive times, outlying areas, long driveways, extended transfers, difficult access, unsafe dump locations, waiting time, weather, moisture, truck capacity, or safe hauling limits. Customers are encouraged to call Wild Toad before ordering if they are unsure whether their address is within the regular local delivery area or if they would like a more specific delivery estimate.

Wild Toad may adjust, pause, or cancel an order if the selected product, quantity, delivery option, truck size, address, or access is not suitable for the order. If additional trucking or delivery charges apply, Wild Toad will contact the customer before dispatch.

Customers must provide a safe and accessible dump location. Delivery areas must be clear of vehicles, people, pets, low branches, low wires, soft ground, narrow turns, steep slopes, blocked access, or other unsafe conditions. Drivers may refuse or adjust delivery if the site is unsafe or inaccessible.

Bulk material is dumped in one accessible location unless otherwise approved. Final dump location is at the driver’s discretion based on safety, truck access, ground conditions, overhead clearance, and property conditions.

Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, traffic, truck availability, quarry delays, previous job delays, route changes, or access issues.

For pickup orders, customers must bring a suitable vehicle or trailer. Wild Toad may refuse to load any vehicle or trailer that appears unsafe, overloaded, unsuitable, or unable to safely haul the material. Customers are responsible for securing their own loads.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and understands Wild Toad may contact them before fulfilling the order.

Privacy Policy

Wild Toad collects customer information needed to process online orders, including name, phone number, email address, billing information, delivery address, order details, and preferred communication method.

This information is used to process orders, confirm pickup or delivery details, contact customers about order questions, schedule deliveries, collect payment, provide receipts, and complete customer service follow-up.

Wild Toad does not sell customer personal information. Customer information may be shared only when needed to complete an order, process payment, provide delivery, comply with business records, or meet legal/accounting requirements.

Online payments and checkout services are processed through our website and payment providers. Customers should also review the privacy and checkout terms provided by the website platform and payment processor.
